Program Learning Outcomes
Georgia State University students completing a B.B.A. degree in hospitality administration will, at the end of the program, be able to:
> Identify and explain management concepts, principles and processes in operational areas of business and hospitality organizations.
> Describe and demonstrate the fundamental principles of leadership and model the behavior of effective managers.
> Demonstrate effective communication skills.
> Analyze and synthesize hospitality managerial and leadership skills through strategic critical thinking and problem-solving.
